AOME invites candidates to apply for the mid-level role of Project Designer, accountable for producing design and detail tasks, collaborating with project teams, and executing delegated responsibilities with precision and creativity, embodying our values of Fellowship, Integrity, Balance, Making, and Value. 

In 2024 we launched our sister company, Betwixt Integrated Modeling to leverage Archicad-based BIM and Integrated Model Collaboration (IMC) to transform the pre-construction process as we know it. This role will have a key part to play in the continued growth of Betwixt, and the build out of the IMC process.
