The homeowners had faithfully lived in a tear-down for seven years, planning updates to their north-facing waterfront property that offered a beautiful but challenging place to develop their dream home. AOME exceeded all expectations by careful planning and delicate negotiations with the jurisdiction, and by designing the Mediterranean home the homeowners always wanted.
