Process

At the age of three, while handing nails to his father during the construction of their family home, Seth developed an early affinity for architecture, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. Inspired by the experience of watching his father design and build the home from the ground up, he later pursued university for design and construction, beginning a lifelong passion for creating meaningful spaces. Now with over 25 years of experience spanning design, development, and construction across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial real estate, Seth brings a rare ability to bridge the creative, strategic, and deeply human sides of luxury residential projects. Inspired by the highest levels of architecture and design, he is deeply passionate about creating spaces that elevate the way people live, gather, and entertain - environments where beauty, comfort, and hospitality welcome warm sophistication and meaningful connection.

Drawn to projects where craftsmanship, design excellence, and client experience intersect, Seth flourishes as a client resource, helping property owners navigate the complex home-building process.  Known for his appreciation for detail and thoughtful collaboration, Seth works closely with property owners, craftsmen, consultants, and vendors to cultivate strong relationships rooted in trust, communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. His years of contributing to complex, multi-award-winning projects have shaped a career centered on alignment, exceptional design, and delivering an experience that feels as curated as the finished home itself - usually with equal parts thoughtful strategy, genuine enthusiasm for creating a story, and the occasional strong coffee.

Personal Life

Outside of work, Seth relishes time with friends and his two teenage sons.  He enjoys discovering memorable food experiences, crafting the occasional cocktail with perhaps unnecessary attention to detail, and continuing his lifelong research into which wines pair best with great conversation and laughter. His favorite places tend to involve movement and discovery: a window seat at 34,000 feet en route to a new adventure, winding through the English countryside in a right-hand drive with no particular hurry, or standing barefoot at the edge of an ocean letting salt air and sand reset the rhythm of life.
